Please add page numbers.

The app is a blessing and I sincerely appreciate your work. The one alteration I might suggest is the ability to show/hide the actual page number in the physical book. The Paramony references these numbers and it would also make it easier to share thoughts and insights with paper readers when I’m on my iPad.
